Course overview

The University of New England (UNE) Online offers a Master of Social Work (MSW) Program specifically designed for working individuals who want to pursue their education while managing work and family commitments. The program is grounded in the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) Code of Ethics and equips graduates to assist individuals, families, groups, organisations and communities across various settings and diverse populations.

UNE Online’s MSW program is entirely online, asynchronous and accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE). The program is designed with flexibility in mind, offering advanced standing and accelerated pathways for eligible students. Both full-time and part-time students receive one-on-one guidance to help them secure field placements. We pride ourselves on competitive tuition rates, an engaged faculty and personalised student support. Graduates will develop effective skills in various social work modalities, preparing them for success in a wide range of social work opportunities.
