Admission criteria

To be eligible, an applicant must have achieved at least one of the following combinations of minimum entry requirements and demonstrate they fulfil any essential criteria for admission:

  • A completed Bachelor of Oral Health (or equivalent) from a recognised higher education institution.
  • A completed Diploma in Dental Therapy (or equivalent).
  • A completed Certificate in Dental Therapy (or equivalent).

Qualifications must lead to registration as a dental therapist or oral health therapist and must include dental therapy restorative skills as part of the curriculum.

  • Evidence of current AHPRA registration.
  • Current radiography licence.
  • Professional qualifications.
  • Comprehensive CV and details of work experience.
  • Personal competency statement.
