Entry requirements
- Applicants must have completed a UTS-recognised nursing (FOE 0603) academic qualification or an equivalent (according to NOOSR or UK NARIC) as follows:
- Bachelor’s degree; or
- Graduate Certificate; or
- Graduate Diploma; or
- Master’s degree or equivalent.
- Applicants must be currently employed in a healthcare setting and have one year of post-registration clinical experience.
- Applicants must hold current registration as nurses in Australia. The Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency will confirm students' current nursing registration. Students should ensure that the details of their registration are up-to-date on this register.
English language requirements
The English proficiency requirement for local applicants with international qualifications is: Academic IELTS: 6.5 overall with a writing score of 6.0; TOEFL: paper-based: 550-583 overall with a TWE of 4.5; internet-based: 79-93 overall with a writing score of 21; AE5: Pass; PTE: 58-64 with a writing score of 50; or C1A/C2P: 176-184 with a writing score of 169.
